Joe was a very helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly pleasant guy to work with. He mad himself available based on our schedule. He was familiar with the neighborhoods and quickly developed a good rapport with us and the homeowners. We are grateful!! We had an amazing experience.

Joseph is patient, has vast market knowledge and is very professional. We viewed homes for several months until we found the perfect one. Joseph responds very quickly if not immediately. If I wanted to see a home, we generally had an appointment scheduled within an hour. He follows up with all parties involved to get the closing process moving and on keep it on schedule. He also was very reassuring we would make it to closing table despite all the inevitable variables in any given real estate transaction. He really listened to what we were looking for in a home and sought out those specific details. This is the 3rd home bought using Joseph and plan on buying another in two years using him to represent us. I highly recommend him!

I truly appreciate Joe's hard work and dedication to getting my home sold, despite dealing with extremely difficult situations and people. Joe will fight for you, all the while remaining professional and he is always readily available days, nights, weekends. Joe is one of a kind.

Joseph and everyone on his team were a absolute pleasure to work with. Joseph and his team are quick to respond and they work hard to answer any and all questions to help you understand the very complex processes involved especially after the home inspection. They were always available and thinking ahead, solving any issues and making sure we received the best deal possible. We had very demanding sellers to deal with and Joseph used his skills right up to the last hour before the closing to ensure the deal closed. Joseph was very accommodating throughout the whole home search process from start to the finish. I would very highly recommend him and his team!!

My transaction would not have been possible without the help and due diligence that Joseph provided. He went above and beyond the service that a regular real estate agent would do. The transaction was complicated but Joseph made everything much easier and always kept us focused on the end goal. I would recommend Joseph to anyone and especially to first time home buyers.

Joseph is very prompt and knowledgeable. He also gives good advic even if the advice he gives isn't what you want to hear. Joseph really communicates well over email. And he is willing to help you out with small jobs when it's needed.

Working with Joseph was a wonderful experience! Joseph is very familiar with multifamily homes and investment properties which was very helpful. Joseph attention to details is phenomenal. Joseph stays on top of the sale and keeps his clients abreast with what’s happening every step of the way. Joseph is a honest and straight forward realtor! It was truly was a great experience during a very stressful process of home buying. Joseph’s assistant and back office support were excellent as well. I would highly recommend Joseph based on our experience.

Joe was great! Excellent follow up and great negotiation skills. He was able to guide us to select the best offer within 10-14 days of the house on the market. We were able to close quickly and smoothly as both parties needed.

Joe was very accommodating, knowledgeble and easy going. If I had questions or concerns, I felt confident that he could provide clarification or seek out the appropriate person to answer my questions. Joe's response time was very efficient. I appreciated the fact that he always identified the pros and cons of each property. All of his professional referrals were also very effective. I felt as though I could trust him and his recommendations.

Joe is an incredible real estate professional with an emphasis on professional. Joe managed both a home sale and home purchase simultaneously for me with precision and expertise which took all of the stress out of the proceedings which was invaluable. He managed to bring highly qualified buyers getting me top dollar for my sale and successfully negotiated a great purchase price for the home we bought getting us in under market value.
I would highly recommend Joe for your residential or commercial real estate needs. You will not be disappointed.
